MIPIM 2009 – ÷åðåç çâåçäû ê äåíüãàì

Îòêðûâøàÿñÿ 10 ìàðòà â Êàííàõ âûñòàâêà MIPIM ïðîõîäèò íà ôîíå ïàäàþùåé ýêîíîìèêè è æåñòêîé ýêîíîìèè. ×àñòíûé, íî íàãëÿäíûé ïðèìåð: ïîáåäèâøàÿ â ïðîøëîì ãîäó â  àçèàòñêîé MIPIM  Villa Condo, ïîñòðîåííàÿ â Ôåíèêñå ïî ïðîåêòó Ìàðèî Áîòòà, íûí÷å ñíîâà ó÷àñòâóåò â êîíêóðñå è ñíîâà âêëþ÷åíà â øîðò-ëèñò.

Îòå÷åñòâåííûõ äåâåëîïåðîâ êðèçèñ ïîáóäèë â ýòîì ãîäó îðãàíèçîâàòü íà âûñòàâêå öåëûé “Ðóññêèé ãîðîäîê”. Âðåìÿ, êîãäà ìîæíî áûëî ðàññ÷èòûâàòü “íà Äåðèïàñêó”, ïðîøëî, òàê ÷òî âî ìíîãèõ ñëó÷àÿõ îñòàåòñÿ íàäåÿòüñÿ íà çàðóáåæíûå èíâåñòèöèè.  ÷àñòíîñòè, èç Ñàíêò-Ïåòåðáóðãà íà þáèëåéíóþ  äâàäöàòóþ âûñòàâêó ïðèâåçëè öåëûé ðÿä ïðîåêòîâ: ïðîåêò ïîäçåìíîãî ìíîãîôóíêöèîíàëüíîãî êîìïëåêñà ïîä ïëîùàäüþ Âîññòàíèÿ(ÎÎÎ «Àäèòóì») , ïðîåêò ìíîãîôóíêöèîíàëüíîãî êîìïëåêñà íà Ìèòðîôàíüåâñêîì øîññå, 18 (ÇÀÎ «Ïðàéì Ðèàëòè»), ïðîåêò ìíîãîôóíêöèîíàëüíîãî æèëîãî êîìïëåêñà íà óë. Õîøèìèíà, 14À (ÎÎÎ «ÏÈÎÍÅÐ-ÈÍÂÅÑÒ»), ìàêåò ãîñòèíè÷íîãî êîìïëåêñà íà óë. Ñûòíèíñêàÿ 9/11 (Ôîíä èìóùåñòâà) è äðóãèå äåâåëîïåðñêèå çàìûñëû, íóæäàþùèåñÿ â ôèíàíñîâûõ âëèâàíèÿõ. Øàíñû íå òàê óæ âåëèêè: ñëîæíûå è äåíüãîåìêèå îáúåêòû â Ïèòåðå ñòðîÿòñÿ êðàéíå ìåäëåííî èëè íå ñòðîÿòñÿ âîâñå, à æèëûå êîìïëåêñû è áèçíåñ-öåíòðû ïðîåêòèðóþò è â ñòðàíàõ ñ áîëåå ïðîçðà÷íîé ýêîíîìèêîé.
Íåêîòîðûå èç íèõ äàæå âîøëè â ÷èñëî ôèíàëèñòîâ âûñòàâî÷íîãî êîíêóðñà.

“Äîìà-êðàíû” – òðè îôèñíûõ çäàíèÿ ñïðîåêòèðîâàíû Bothe Richter Teherani Architects BDA è Linster Architects ïî ìîòèâàì ïðîèçâåäåíèé ñëàâíîãî Ýëü-Ëèñèöêîãî. Äåâåëîïåð – Development Partner AG. Ïîä “ñòðåëàìè” êðàíîâ îáðàçóþòñÿ îáùåñòâåííûå ïðîñòðàíñòâà, à âíóòðè íà êàæäîì ýòàæå ïëîùàäüþ 1600 ì êâ. ðàñïîëîæåíû èäåíòè÷íûå ïîìåùåíèÿ, êîòîðûå ïî çàìûñëó ïðîåêòèðîâùèêîâ ìîæíî ëåãêî ðàñïîëîâèíèòü.

Íî âåðíåìñÿ ê çâåçäàì. Îðãàíèçàòîðû èõ è ðàíüøå íå èçáåãàëè, îäíàêî â ñèëó êîììåð÷åñêîãî õàðàêòåðà âûñòàâêè ñïèñîê èìåí ÷àñòî ñâîäèëñÿ ê Íîðìàíó Ôîñòåðó. Òåïåðü âñå ïî-äðóãîìó: ñåãîäíÿ íà âûñòàâêå ïðîõîäèò êîíôåðåíöèÿ íà òåìó ðàçâèòèÿ ãîðîäñêîé ñðåäû, â êîòîðîé ó÷àñòâóåò íå òîëüêî Çàõà Õàäèä, íî è òàêèå ñâåòèëà àðõèòåêòóðíîé ìûñëè, êàê Äàíèýëü Ëèáåñêèíä, Òîì Ìàéí  è  îñíîâàòåëü Coop Himmelb(l)au Âîëüô Ïðèêñ. Ïîñìîòðèì, ÷òî îíè ñêàæóò…

    Íà ôîíå èçÿùíîãî ãîòè÷åñêîãî õðàìà ã-îáðàçíûå çäàíèÿ âûãëÿäÿò êàê ñîîðóæåíèÿ èíîïëàíåòÿí çàõâàò÷èêîâ, à ìîæåò áûòü ýòî- ÷àñòü äîìîâ- ìîñòîâ, èëè äîìà -êîììóíû äëÿ ïðûãóíîâ â âîäó. Òàêàÿ àðõèòåêòóðà ðàçðóøàåò êëàññè÷åñêèé èñòîðè÷åñêèé ãîðîä. Ÿ ìåñòî â îáùåñòâåííîé ÷àñòè ×èíäèãàðõà.
    Æèëîé êîìïëåêñ â Äþñåëüäîðôå î÷åíü äóøåâíûé. Òàêîé äóøåâíîñòè íå õâàòàåò â æèëûõ êîìïëåêñàõ ïðîåêòèðóåìûõ è ñòðîÿùèõñÿ ó íàñ.
    “Çåëåíûé” äîì è ãàðàæè ïîä íèì -âåùè íåñîâìåñòèìûå.

    I would like to enrich the title of this article and say “MIPIM 2009 – tchieriez dienghi k zviezdam”… 😉
    and sustainable architecture end city planning goes to drift. Sorry but to put some grass on the top of the roof or even elevation is a significant misunderstanding of the term called “sustainable”. Please read a “Pattern Language” of Christopher Alexander, “Architecture for Sustainable Future” edited by AIJ…
    MIPIM is rather kind of architecture bazaar for rich and under-educated investors 😉

    Âñåì ïðèâåò. ×òîáû ïîíÿòü íàñêîëüêî óìåñòåí “äîì-ñêàëà” â ñóùåñòâóþùåé ñåãîäíÿ ñòðóêòóðå Êîïåíãàãåíà, íóæíî òóäà íåìåäëåííî ïîåõàòü è ïîñìîòðåòü ìåñòî. Ïî ìîèì, ñðàâíèòåëüíî íåäàâíèì, âïå÷àòëåíèÿì (2 ãîäà íàçàä) îò “ïîäîñíîâû” óïîìÿíóòàÿ âûøå àðõ. íîâîñòü íè÷åãî íå èñïîðòèò.
